Tucson Orthopedic Institute
The Tucson Orthopaedic Institutes Oro Valley facility is 10,270 square feet of medical clinic, imaging suite, special procedures room and a complete physical therapy suite. Across the street east of Oro Valley Hospital the facility is a major expansion for TOI and built to better service their expanding base of patients in Oro Valley.
Mountain Oyster Club Kitchen Remodel
The Mountain Oyster Club is a well-known private ranching club here in Tucson with approximately 400 members. In their 82-year old facility, the MO Club has a private member-only restaurant and approximately 30,000 square feet of For Lease office space. As with many 82-year old facilities, the MO Club was already long overdue for a complete kitchen overhaul when it was discovered that the kitchen’s floor and roof structures were collapsing. The remodel project was started immediately, powered by an incredible team effort involving equipment manufacturers, kitchen designers, architects, engineers, contractor, and an amazing variety of specialized subcontractors. The project planning started in September of 2017 and the kitchen remodel finished a year later. Actual reconstruction took only four months with the restaurant remaining open the entire time using portable kitchens.
Northwest Medical Center Administration
Facility is 35,000 square feet of administration offices and within the total square footage is a 10,000 square foot air conditioned secured medical records storage area.
Arizona Hematology Oncology
Cotlow Company developed the Arizona Hematology Oncology building located at 1891 West Orange Grove Road. Representing 17,000 square feet of clinical and treatment area. Located on the Northwest Medical Center Campus.
Carondelet Silverbell Ambulatory Surgery Center
A build-to-suit 14,500 square foot ambulatory surgery center for St. Mary\'s Hospital and on their campus. Quality improvements to enhance the patient relationship in a spa like atmosphere.
Hansen Family Trust
Approximately 9,000 square feet of Class "A" office located in the Rancho Vistoso neighborhood in Oro Valley, Arizona. Created as a think tank for the Hansen Family Trust.
New Cotlow Company Headquarters

Originally built to house Cotlow Company and 6008 square foot facility has a second floor loft with open steel truss systems and glass office walls. Located on Tucson premier North South corridor Campbell Avenue.
Tucson Association of Builders
Former Safeway grocery store, engineering office and now the headquarters of the Tucson Association of Realtors. Created to promote, public awareness, education and enhance the services of the Tucson Association of Realtors to it's membership.
Fountain Plaza Medical Offices
A 52,074 square speculative medical office facility developed on the campus of Northwest Medical Center in the Heart of Tucson's Northwest Side. Located next door to Northwest Medical Center's Woman's Hospital, services include, woman's imaging, physical therapy and internal medicine.
Joesler Solano
A 17,000 square foot speculative office building located in one of Tucson's oldest neighborhoods. Located at the intersection of Southeast Corner of Broadway and Country Club, the facility was home to Long Realty's residential and commercial real estate offices. Transitioning into the headquarters for Pima Prevention Partnership.
