Dean Cotlow’s entrepreneurial journey began early, honing his marketing instincts from the age of nine and leading a successful family retail business while still at the University of Arizona. Since establishing The Cotlow Company in 1981, Dean has transformed a local brokerage into a powerhouse of corporate real estate, navigating through international partnerships (Merrill Lynch, L.J. Hooker) while remaining fiercely independent and client-focused.

Dean maintains a steadfast commitment to integrity and professional excellence in the Tucson commercial real estate market.
