Complete kitchen overhaul for this 400-member private ranching club after discovering the floor and roof structures were collapsing. Incredible team effort involving equipment manufacturers, kitchen designers, architects, engineers, and specialized subcontractors. Planning started September 2017, finished a year later. Actual reconstruction took only four months with the restaurant remaining open the entire time using portable kitchens.
